Upcoming Playdate

We're off to a great start this Fall. A few moms enjoyed long chats over coffee at Starbuck's last week for our first Mom's Night Out. Now this Tuesday (tomorrow, the 21st) will be our first Playdate of the season. Bring your kids to let out some energy and enjoy playing with friends at Sandalwood Park in Farmington. We will be meeting at 10 a.m. Please bring a picnic lunch for you and your little ones. See you there!

What is Bloomfield MOPS?

Bloomfield MOPS is a gathering of Mothers of Preschoolers (birth - five years of age) who support, encourage, and have fun together.

MOPS International recognizes that the years from infancy through kindergarten are foundational in a mother-child relationship and are filled with unique needs. MOPS meetings consist of listening to a special guest speaker, small group discussions, and crafts. A program called MOPPETS is conducted by child workers for ages 0 though 5 years of age. Each month our moms and children meet outside of the normal meeting times for Playdates and Mom's Night Out.

Bloomfield MOPS meets on the first Tuesday of every month September through May, from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. We meet at The First Baptist Church in Bloomfield, NM (200 W. Sycamore). Childcare (called MOPPETS) is provided for ages 0 - 5.

Fees:

$24 to join MOPS International, and each meeting is $5. A mom's first MOPS meeting is always free, so please bring a friend!

These fees help pay for craft activities, speakers, newsletters and more. Scholarships are available for those with financial need.
